Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our delightfully strange porcelain and home goods.
What makes Calamityware porcelain different?
Our porcelain is produced in high-quality workshops in Poland using the traditional in-glaze method. This means the designs are fired at high temperatures, making them durable, food-safe, and resistant to fading.
Are your products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes. All of our porcelain plates, bowls, and mugs are designed for everyday use and are completely safe for both the dishwasher and the microwave.
How do you handle shipping for fragile items?
We take great care in packaging our ceramics using reinforced boxes and protective padding. In the rare event that something arrives broken, simply send us a photo and we will provide a replacement immediately.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your calamities. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Will you restock retired designs?
Many of our designs are produced in limited batches. Once a specific series is retired, it may not return, so we recommend grabbing your favorite monsters and robots while they are still in stock.
